“At this point in my creative practice, having been given supported time and space I wanted to explore my creative practice further by working off canvas, away from large scale paintings. By limiting myself to rolls and rolls of various papers, black and white paint and a multitude of sketchbooks I began to explore drawing as a sculptural form. As with current works where fabric or plastic has become THE DRAWN LINE, so did paper. Edges, torn, wripped, cut or otherwise became vitally important as with the space and its environment in which they were placed”
